Piccolo concorsino del blog http://iodisegnoamodomio.blogspot.it/ intitolato "Oltre il cappuccio rosso" sul tema di Cappuccetto rosso ovviamente.
Purtroppo non ho vinto e questo mi spiace molto perche` mi sarebbe davvero piaciuto ricevere il libro di Roberta Terracchio con dedica.....!!!!
Ma non demordo e spero che il prossimo vada meglio... Sotto con matite e pennelli, la strada per migliorare e` ancora lUUUngAAAAA!!!!

Unfortunately I did not win and I am very sorry because I really would like to receive Roberta Terracchio's book by with her dedication .....!!

St Patrick Sunday...

Domenica, sorelle Romeo si trasformano in abili pasticcere, a maggior ragione se poi la sera sono invitate fuori a cena a casa di amici....
Essendo periodo della festa di San Patrizio che tra parentesi noi non abbiamo mai festeggiato ma che essendo una festa è sempre bene sfruttarla, decidiamo di fare la Torta Guinness...
Ok si, anche noi eravamo parecchi scettiche sul fatto che in pratica si tratti di una torta al cioccolato nella quale il latte viene sostituito con la birra Guinness, ma alla fine il risultato è stato positivo.
Tuttavia mi sento di fare una raccomandazione a coloro che vorranno replicare l'impresa....
NON usate una tortiera in silicone!!!!
O quantomeno non posizionatela sopra la leccarda nella quale state cuocendo altra roba (ad esempio le verdure per il pranzo), potreste accorgervi troppo tardi che i vostri funghi hanno acquisito una stupenda glassa al cioccolato... Vi assicuro che il risultato è.... DA BUTTARE!!!!!

It's Sunday, Romeo sisters become skilled pastry chef, especially if they are invited to dinner at a friend's house....
Since it was St. Patrick in those days, festivity that we never celebrated but as it is an occasion to make a party let's celebrate it, we decide to make a Guinness Cake ... 
Ok, We were skeptical too about the fact that it is a chocolate cake in which the milk is replaced with Guinness, but in the end the result was not so bad. 
However, I would make a recommendation to those who want to replicate the feat .... 
DO NOT use a silicone cake mold!! 
Or at least, not place it above the baking tray in which you are cooking other stuff (for example vegetables for lunch), you may find out, too late, that your mushrooms have acquired a wonderful chocolate ganache ... I assure you that the result is ... DISGUSTING!!

Finalmente ce l'ho fatta!!!! So' "Dottora" pure io!!!!!
Mercoledì è stata una giornata decisamente lunga... Dopo l'arrivo a Genova alle 13 circa, unitamente a mamma e sorella mi dirigo verso un baretto da me consigliato dove ci "gustiamo" un ottimo pranzetto dopo il quale ho deciso che è meglio se evito di scegliermeli io i piatti che intendo consumare...

Superata la prima difficoltà comincia l'appello pomeridiano e dopo l'esposizione della comunità cinese tocca anche alla sottoscritta.
Alla discussione, che mi è parsa molto rapida e della quale nemmeno mi ricordo cosa ho detto, c'è la proclamazione che mi vede arrivare solita eterna seconda con un grandioso 108/110... (Mannaggia a me ed alla mia tattica di non rifiutare mai i voti!!!)

Dopo si prosegue con uno shooting fotografico con vista sul porto al tramonto nel quale io e la mia sorelluzza ci facciamo un sacco di risate facendo finta di essere le nuove Italian Next Top Model. E già qui cominciano a presentarsi i primi segni di cedimento, la palpebra cala, il sorriso è più da ebete del solito.....
La serata dovrebbe terminare con un aperitivo prima del rientro e così avviene, peccato che io sia crollata come morta e l'abbia passato fissando il vuoto senza riuscire a captare il ben che minimo discorso.... Ma una cosa me la ricordo! Quando mio papà ha ordinato Crodino per tutti si è alzato un grido "Macccche Crodino.... Io voglioun Gin Tonic.... Con tanto Gin e poco Tonic!!!!"
GRANDE SORELLA!!! Poi, tra una risata e l'altra, ti sei trascinata alla ricerca della focaccia da riportare a Milano...!!!!  MITTICAAAA!!!

Morale: da ora potete ufficialmente chiamarmi Dott. Disoccupata, Architetto, Paesaggista!!!!!! YUPPIIIIIIIII

I've finally done it! ! 
Wednesday definitely was a long day ... After arriving in Genoa at 13, along with mom and my sister, I went to a little bar where  " we enjoy " a great lunch after which I decided that it is better if let someone else chose dishes that i intend to consume ...

After that the discussion starts and after the Chinese community exposition there comes my turn.
The discussion, which I thought was very rapid and of which I do not even remember what I said, there was the proclamation in which I get as usual a great 108/110 ... ( Shame on me and my tactic of never reject a note !)

Then with had photo shoot with a view of harbor at sunset in which my sister and I we do a lot of laughs by pretending to be the new Italian Next Top Model. And here I start to show first signs of fatigue, eyes closed, the smile becomes more stupid than usual .....
The evening should end with an aperitif before returning  pity that I have collapsed over the table so that I do not remember any discussion .... But one thing I remember ! When my dad ordered Crodino for everyone, someone yelled" Macccche Crodino .... I want a Gin Gin Tonic .... With a little Tonic ! "
BIG SISTER ! Then, between a laugh and an other , you've dragged in search of focaccia to bring in Milan ...! ! MITTICAAAA !

Moral: now you can officially call me Dr. Unemployed , Landscape Architect ! ! YUPPIIIIIIIII

Manca poco...Poco ci manca!!!!

-3....Solo 3?! OMMaMMMa..... Dovrei anche un po' preoccuparmi dato che tre giorni volano!!!!! E invece quello che mi mette in ansia è il fatto di non avere ansia... Insomma mi sto per laureare perdinci!!!! Io che ho l'ansia anche quando non sto facendo niente proprio perchè non sto facendo niente.... Dovrei essere agitatissima...E invece no...Continuo a chiedermi se ho fatto tutto, se non sto dimenticando nulla.... dunque ricapitoliamo....

• Fare il CD ✘ (ok questo mi manca ma lo faccio proprio all'ultimo così come la chiavetta con il PPT)

• Fissare una data papabile per un eventuale festeggiamento ✔

Non so... e se stessi dimenticando qualche cosa?! Ecco adesso un po' di ansia ce l'ho... CONTENTA?! Beh no... Puraaaaaaa
Ovviamente in tutto questo dovevamo trovare un lato comico e quindi io che ho finito la tesi tipo a Gennaio, che ho aspettato la mezzanotte del 26 Gennaio (Le iscrizioni si sono aperte il 27) per iscrivermi per prima, che ho consegnato tutti documenti molto tempo fa e chiesto alla mia Professoressa di mettermi tra i primi perché ho problemi nella gestione dell'ansia che aumenta se devo aspettare... Indovinate dove sono stata piazzata, Ebbene si signori e signore.... ULTIMA DEL POMERIGGIO DELL'ULTIMO GIORNO!!!!! Sono anche dopo tutti gli studenti cinesi che solitamente vengono lasciati alla fine.... Solita fortunella direi! Ma il bello è che non riuscivano neanche a mettere insieme una commissione perché non c'erano professori disponibili.... Un successone insomma....Comunque l'importante è fare e finire e io non vedo l'ora!!!!!

Only 3 days?! OMMaMMMa ..... I should be a bit 'worried given that 3 days fly!! But what makes me worried is the fact of not having anxiety ... I'm about to graduate gosh!! I, have anxiety even when I'm not doing anything just because I'm not doing anything .... I Should be agitated ... But no ... 

I keep wondering if I've done all, if I'm not forgetting something .... So let's recap ....

I do not know ... Am I forgetting something ?! Now I am a bit worried ... Happy?! Well no ... 

Of course, in all this we had to find a funny side. I finished my thesis in January, I waited for midnight in January 26 ( Registration opened the 27 ) to register first, I handed over all the documents a long time ago and I even asked my Professor to put me in the top of the list because I have problems in the management of anxiety ... Guess where I was placed, Well ladies and gentlemen.... LAST oF tHE LAST DAY AFTERNOON of course!!! After all Chinese students who usually are left in the end .... But the beauty is that they even had many difficulties in putting together a committee because there were no teachers available .... Anyway the important thing is to do it and finish and I can not wait!!

Idee che frullano un po' in testa.... Tanti che pensano non siano male e che mi sostengono... diciamo che ora sta a me mettermi... Questo intanto è una prima prova... vedremo
Intanto il papino se l'è stampato in A3 e lo ha appeso in ufficio... SONO SODDISFAZIONI!!! <3 <3 <3

Il processo cardine perchè la torta riesca....!

Domenica... Giornata Masterchef per le sorelle Romeo... 

In realtà solitamente è la mia cadetta che se ne occupa e io giungo in soccorso se c'è bisogno...Ovviamente i miei compiti devono essere precisi e moooolto limitati.... 

E poi le cose bisogna spiegarmele bene e usare parole chiare tipo Gialli o Binachi non termini astrusi come Tuorli o Albumi!!!!!!!

Dunque per la torta "Kinder Fetta al Latte" di oggi un passaggio era indispensabile, unite TUORLI a MIELE e ZUCCHERO... 

Indoviniamo tutti insieme cosa ho fatto io.... Ho aggiunto il MIELE agli ALBUMI, fortunatamente sono stata stoppata prima di aggiungere anche lo zucchero e tentare di montarli a neve così....

Certo se però teniamo in conto che il LATTE CONDENSATO non si è condensato ma ha solo assunto l'odore del gorgonzola e che alla "Farcia" (parola usata solo perché molto amata sia da mia sorella che dalla sottoscritta) è stato aggiunto l'intero bottiglino di estratto di vaniglia, quando in realtà ne andava messo solo metà... 

Il mio errore non è stato poi così terribile anche perché alla fine sono riuscita a ripescare praticamente tutto il miele!!!!

Credo che la chiamata della Kinder tarderà ancora un poco anche se il risultato non è stato poi così malaccio... W le Mastersisters insomma!!!!! 

Sunday ... Masterchef day for Romeo sisters ...

Actually is my cadet who is the real pastry, I usually help only in case of necessity... Obviously my tasks must be precise and limited ....

The most important is that they have to be very clear and explained with easy words such as Yellows or Whits not abstruse terms as Yolks or Albums ! ! !

So for today's cake named " Kinder Milk Slice " one passage was essential , put together YOLKS with HONEY and SUGAR ...

We guess all what I did .... I have added HONEY to the ALBUMS, fortunately I was stopped out before I could add sugar ...

However, if we consider that the CONDENSED MILK was not condensed but he just assumed the smell of gorgonzola cheese and that someone (sister..) add to the filling an entire little bottle of vanilla extract, not only half as was recommended ...

My mistake was not so bad also because in the end I managed to remove nearly all honey ! !

I believe that Kinder's call will not arrive soon even if the result was not so awful ... So after all i think

I can say W Mastersisters ! !
